Welcome to the MBA News Digest podcast and webinar series, Episode #003. My guest for this episode is Ashley Sempowski, Assistant Director Recruitment & Outreach, School of Professional & Continuing Studies Springfield College, Wilmington Campus.

In this role she is responsible for the College’s use of the Chatbot tawk.to. Our conversation focuses on the implementation and use of tawk.to and how it’s being used for recruiting and enrollment activities. We wrap up the interview with a list of tawk.to’s capabilities and the College’s plans going forward for expanding its use throughout the rest of the organization.
