Extracted Content: Abstract. With the rapid economic and social development, more and more Chinese students go abroad to pursue their study. In some 3+1+1 programs in U.S., Chinese students even become the majority of MBA cohort. The conflict between the Chinese students and non-Chinese students occurs largely due to the cultural differences. This paper used the interview and observation methods to find the conflict in multicultural classroom and challenges Chinese international students faced and proposed some recommendations both for the Chinese students and also for the other parties concerned to solve the conflict.
