Extracted Content: Abstract – Private universities and campuses are increasing in number due to the reason that public universities are not flexible and hard to be qualified. Private universities and campuses started providing students a quality education but for a price. Paying the price that has been asked is not the actual issue that students face. The actual issue is the satisfaction with service that they receive from the private education provider. Students need their education to be quality for the price that they pay for the private campuses. On the other hand, private campuses and universities also being benefit from the satisfaction that students achieve. The reputation for the university and the goodwill depend on the satisfaction of the main stakeholder, the student.
Dissatisfaction would develop a negative impact where, students leaving the campus would be a threat, not only by losing them but by losing the gained market if they study with competitors. The education market in Sri Lanka facing fierce competition in the industry and since it holds a large number of student base, reputation gained through providing excellent facilities is extremely important. A quantitative approach will be used and a questionnaire was distributed to randomly selected students in ABC education institute and SPSS was used to analyse the data. It was found that, cleanliness and the facilities were main concerns in student satisfaction.
