Suggestion #1: Watch this quick video tour of the GME News Digest site.

Suggestion #2: Select a month from below to review using the following guidelines:

    1. Block at least one hour for an uninterrupted review period.
    2. Create some type of electronic form (document, note, or spredsheet) with a columns headed Publication Date, Title, URL, Note.
    3. Scroll through the selected month’s content while scanning each content item. When an item picks your interest add it to the form. Keep in mind that you will be looking at 75-100 content items.
    4. Resist clicking on auy URL at this time.
    5. When finished scrolling though the content for that month, prioritize the content on the form. Priority is your call – program threat or opportunity, topic you have been researching, discussion with faculty, etc.
    6. Starting with the highest prioroty item, click on the URL and scan, read, or study the content item.
    7. Reprioritize your list based on the notes you’ve made.
    8. Select one or two items you want to create a high level action plan for your program.
    9. Review the above guidelines and create your own set that you want to follow on a monthly basis.
