Extracted Content: The paper tries to investigate what are the most important skills among MBA students, who are starting transnational entrepreneurship. In the context of globalization, the borders of the world for the professional career of students are open. Therefore, it is important to develop students’ skills of multi-cultural communication, which will be promoted by the development of international relations through exchange programs, summer school programs, internships, and cooperation with international companies. Another important factor is economy development and the facts prove that both national and world economy development basically based on international entrepreneurial activities. The paper focuses on online technologies and blended learning methods as the ways of intensifying the educational practices in the issue. For the purpose of the paper, there have been conducted more than 400 questionnaires with MBA students in selected countries with emerging economies for the period of 2017-2018. Paper results indicate that flexible approach to international on-line project teams design helps students understand regulation ways of their on-line networking procedures and coordinate their activities with other participants of their distant team.
