MBA News Digest Comment: I included two articles because they illustrate how fast things are changing. In one twelve-month period, Midstate created an MBA and one year later the institution closed. On September 16, 2018 Midstate announces their new MBA program. On August 16, 2019 Midstate ceased operations. The new MBA program did not save the institution.

Article #2: After 131 years of providing quality education to Central Illinois, Midstate College will cease operations at the end of the summer 2019 term on August 16, 2019.
