Extracted Content: Most students head to the beach for spring break. This year, more than 160 students in the University of Notre Dame’s graduate business program had a different agenda. They participated in Interterm, a one-credit course offered March 4-7 that sent students to over 10 major cities around the country to work with diverse corporate partners on real-world challenges.

Notre Dame’s business students joined teams on 41 projects, ranging from marketing and operations to talent management and financial planning. A total of 34 high-growth companies, nonprofits, and social impact ventures signed on as partners. The program worked with New York-based educational company CapSource to coordinate many of the projects.
