In particular, international MBA graduates’ career outcomes and perceptions of career success are bound to influence their overall feelings about their decision to enroll in business school. The degree to which international graduates feel that their expectations were met by their institution has been shown to affect their goodwill toward the institution and their propensity to recommend that other individuals in their network make the same decision to enroll (Lee, 2010). Based on this, there is much to be gained in examining the experiences of international MBA students, and, in the case of this study, international MBA graduates.
